Over 24 years, he progressed to become a K-12 administrator, impacting educational practices at elementary, middle, and high school levels. His leadership marked his 18 years in Pennsylvania's third-largest school district with several key initiatives that improved instruction, leadership, school culture, and communication.

After retiring from public education, he took on new challenges at Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School as an instructional specialist and relationship manager. In these roles, he designed and implemented teaching systems that enhanced educational delivery and prepared students with critical workforce skills. He also managed work-study placements and advised the leadership team on operational enhancements.
